The current owner, Chris Demulling started with the company in April of 1993 when it was called Independence Lumber. In 1995 the Independence location was acquired by Dan Feltes and Randy VanVleet, later expanding to Galesville in 1998. Chris started the initiation of the rental services in both locations.
By 1999, having experienced every role in the company, Chris initiated in designing and contractor sales, setting the stage for the company's multifaceted expertise. The autumn of 2006 brought a new chapter, inviting Chris to purchase the third location in Thorp, solidifying his commitment.
